OK download
ESET and do a full scan and remove any viruses. If the scan came up clean then click the link in my sig and do as it says then reboot your laptop and see if the problem is still there.
If the problem still exists then reboot and tap
F8 and select
Safe Mode and let us know if the problem exists in safe mode.
