Click the following link Comcast Help & Support

Under Help With High-Speed Internet, click Go.

Click Email and then, from the list that appears, click on Windows Mail.

Click on Creating an email account in Windows Mail and follow the instructions.

Note that I realise that you are asking about Windows Live Mail, but the same settings are used.
