If you bring up properties and then details you should be able to determine what is missing. For me I got those alerts once when I didn't install my sound card drivers and a multi-card reader.
Edit: If you did a re-install, also check to see that your motherboard chipset driver(s) are installed.
there is many information in details tab ! which do one do you think is will gave me info about there drivers ?
I already reinstall the chipset and card reader and audio drivers but still no solved !
