Really, the best thing after a serious infection is to flatten the drive by doing a clean install, or restoring the factory state from the manufacturer supplied recovery disc or partition.
Back up any of the client's important data first.
If you cannot do that from within Windows onto an external HD,
use a bootable recovery disc to transfer the data.
Most of the Paragon boot discs have a File Transfer Wizard which will do the job.
If you do not have one to hand , the File Transfer Wizard is also on this - d/l free and it burns itself to cd. :
