Hi thanks for your message. I think I am doing something wrong. I opened computer and in the top right hand corner I typed in cmd then rt clicked on it and all I got was a drop down box. Did not see the anything that would let me run as administrator. I'm baffled.

An easier way is to go to the Start Menu then go to "All Programs" then select "Accessories" and you will see "Command Prompt", right click on this icon and you should see Run as Administrator. Continue from this point with the original post.
