well you cant delete the movie folder after watching. Most don't want to.
if you do insist on deleting your movies then what you need to do is place them all in one and only one folder, not each movie in its own but a collection of videos in a single folder. that way you wont ever need to delete any folders.
Media browser will see each movie and still grab all the info for the movies and after you delete a movie the info will be droped from the MB cache.
