Yes we are sure that it will not run. We looked on the help forum for the course and it seems that we are not the only ones experiencing this problem. It is frustrating that we have a brand new computer and we cannot use it for it's intended purpose. I would never have thought that a new computer would be an issue...usually it is an issue that your computer is too old!!
