Another thing you might check is the max resolution of your monitor.
My wide screen monitor can handle the max resolution of my G100 video card, 1680x1050.
However, my 19" standard width Acer can only go to 1280x1024 on the same computer as that is the max res for that monitor.
Since I don't have Win7, I don't know what affect it being there would have to allow you to use max res, but not in Vista. |
