Sorry if I didn't make it clear. Try this:
- Press 'Start', All programs, and select 'Vista Media Centre' (VMC)
- Within VMC, move down the list until 'Tasks' is selected and then click on 'Settings'
- Click on TV
- Click on 'Set Up TV Signal' and follow the wizard.
