This error is a long standing issue with Nvidia graphics drivers and Vista. You will get many hits if you "Google" the error code... There is no quick and dirty solution. Try a different graphics driver and see if the problem goes away. And if your system is overclocked, you may have to slow it down to achieve stability. Good luck, you'll need it.
