AFAIK when you create any RAID array using disks of different sizes, the smallest HDD capacity is taken as a measure for all the HDDs in that array. So in your case the 1TB drive would be using only 250GB, with the rest not accessible for you (just like you only had 2 disk and each had 250GB capacity). |
