Actually discovered that there was something funky with the left arrow key. Took a butter knife to it, took the key off, blew some compressed air over the sensor, hit it with my finger a few times and now everything is back to normal. But thanks for the help everyone.

Of course that was after doing about 5 different virus scans and about 25 hours of internet research.
