I tried the first to steps with no luck unfortunately.

I'm currently trying the final step that you provided. I've also emailed Microsoft again, about the issue. Fingers crossed, if I can find a fix for this issue, hopefully that will mean some relief for others!

*edit* Final step didn't work either. I guess the only thing left to do is to keep searching. Still waiting to hear from Microsoft though.
