Just a comment (FWIW)...
I used Bing to search for an address (I'm looking for property right now)...got a map and a superpages listing for a business that was once run there, but no information on the property itself.
Drop the very same address into Google, and I have several Real Estate company's listings of the property, including last price sold, current asking price, basically everything I was looking for.
Perhaps this is just me using it the wrong way...but, for now, I'll probably stick to Google.
