Brink Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 26,068 posts	Re: Avast Home Edition 4.8.1335 no longer auto-updates Hello OmegaWolf, In addition, double check the update settings by right clicking on the Avast tray icon, clicking on Program settings, and have both Update (Basic) items selected as Automatic.
