Hello I am somewhat new at this so be gentle.
I have been experiencing a couple of problems on my computer that is only 3 months old. When I resume from sleep, at times the monitors do not come on no matter what I do. Also, when they do come on, there is a bubble message always telling me that there was a Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered error. (nvlddmkm)
I was looking at the Windows Update and now I am quite confused as to what drivers should I chose to update with.
Windows shows a driver that is 85.2 MB which was released in May, 2009 but that's about all the info they provide.
I checked with the manufacturer (Dell) and they are showing a release date of 11/19/2008 on Version: 6.14.11.7823, A02.
According to Nvidia, it's Quadro Release 182, Version: 182.65 63.5 MB.
I have a Dell T7400, using Vista Ultimate Service Pack 2, Intel® Xeon® CPU X5260 @ 3.33GHz, with 16.0 GB of RAM, on a 64-bit Operating System and my card is NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800. Could someone provide me with some assistance as to what drivers I should chose please?
Thank you in advance.
