Ugashik Bob, Welcome. A few questions for you - Is this a new computer that you are trying to install AVG on? What anti virus has been previously installed on the computer? [BTW - I also note that you mention Vista 64 in your query but in your System specs you say 32 bit. Please clarify.  ] |
