Further check - Your new computer had no preinstalled anti virus trial prog installed? I gather you installed the Kaspersky. Suggest you also use the appropriate Kaspersky removal tool [ via support ] as well, just to be sure...... Remnants of uninstalled anti virus progs are frequently found lurking even after so called thorough cleaning up.  [Incidentally FYI - I use AVG Anti Virus Pro even though it is not the "flavour of the current time."]
