Ok go here:
HP United States - Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers and more
Then select
Download drivers and software (and firmware) and in the search bar type
Pavilion dv9700 and hit enter. Next click on the precise model number which matches your laptop and then click on what Operating System its for.
That will bring up a page with all the drivers for your laptop. Download them all then start installing them.
