Well, don't know what to suggest, but I would try to turn off all applications which might run in the background. Tun off the AV, firewall and Defender before installing SP2.
Check if you have the KB955430 update in the update history. If not download and install it.
Guess you don't want to reinstall the whole operating system, right? |
