Welcome to Vista Forums, Katokato.

Are these folders in your user folders or in C:\\Windows. Some folders on the root drive have permissions set to avoid accidental changes or for security reasons. If it is something your sure you can delete, you need to take ownership. Info here: Context Menu - Take Ownership.
