I was able to delete GoogleUpdate Task after using Administrator ,but SCHEDULGU would not delete even after Total Commander asked for Administrator rights and I hit continue ,it still would not delete!
Did you run TC with administrative previlliges (right click on Total Commander icon as admin)?
Uninstall Google Toolbar if you have - I think it is his task and try again delete this task.If still nothing help try to do it in safe mode.
