I hope you still check this forum, couldnt answer before lost my access to the site, anyways for SW Republic Commando crashing all the time, well anyways as soon as you start the level.

I had the same problem, cos recently ive built new rig and installed all my games again, the trick is in the game options turn down bump mapping to low and game will work fine.
