Here are the results I came up with.
Just after launching game:
GPU 540MHz, 1350MHz, 56 degrees
MEM: 391.5 MHz
43.5
When the screen froze and pixels were disordered:
GPU 540MHz, 1350MHz, 76 degrees
MEM: 391.5 MHz
87.5
