bluescreens can be caused by many things , some serious some not , it may be somehing silly , it may be an isolated incident
go to computer the your c drive and open the windows folder , in there you need to find a folder called "minidump"
details of your crash's will be in that folder attach them (there should be 2) to your next reply in this thread (using the attach icon at the top of the text box)
then i or someone else cleverer can have a look it at it for you see if anything can be diagnosed from them |
