Thanks for your replay.
My English isn’t so good that I can call someone on the phone and speak this language. I’m struggling just to write it. Actually I solved the problem yesterday by reading some of the earlier cases in this forum:

I didn’t find the icon though, but I was able to add the exchange account in outlook by following the advice in that tread. What I exactly did was to right click the outlook icon at the top of the start menu and than choose properties from the menu that pops out. I was then able to add a new account in outlook.
