What do you have in your services list? Sometimes these system info scanners report it "active" if they see it in the list at all I guess. I just ran SIW and it tells me there's an active security service running but it's actually set as disabled.
No, there is no mention of these two security programmes anywhere on this computer. Even stranger is the fact Norton, which is happily working away, doesn't get reported at all
