Perhaps the firmware for that burner needs updating? You go to the manufacturer's website for that.
You can check what version you have by going to Device Manager/DVD/CD-ROM Drives, right-click the drive/Properties and go to the Details tab. Select Hardware Ids from the drop-down menu and it shows there. |
