A service fails to start
I am trying to start a service on my hp dv2910tx model. But each time i try it gives an error, which is as following,
Windows could not start the Ricardo License Manager 9.0 on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or controlrequest in a timely fashion.
The laptop is using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I have already tried what the microsoft page says of it. But it is about Microsoft .NET version 1.1 and i tried to download that link and fix up the problem. But it fails to install as another error pops up mentioning that the version installed and the version i am trying to install are differant.
Please help me out. |
