Just the newest one, but remember, updating the Bios is fraught with danger and most if not all motherboard makers will tell you to only do it if you are experiencing issue's with the current Bios. Having said all that the chance's of something going wrong are slim, (it's just that if it does go wrong it's normally fatal), i think they say that because if it does go wrong it mean's an RMA.
