Re: possible malware infection

Thankyou in advance for your help. I have downloaded Malwarebytes from the link provided and installed it on my PC, however the program will not run in both safe and normal mode. In normal mode i get as far as the program needing permission to continue (where i allow it to) then the mouse shows as loading for a few seconds then.....nothing.
I have AVG, Adaware and CCleaner installed as well as windows defender. I closed them down in case they were blocking the program but to no avail.
