Back up your data *now*. Then either take the machine to a competent local
computer tech to be accurately diagnosed or do a clean install of Windows.
Don't do the clean install without first testing the hardware, particularly
the hard drive and the RAM since your symptoms can be caused by failing
hardware as well as software (Windows, malware, etc.). If the hardware is
good, you will want to do a clean install since the registry repair program
you used will have wrecked Windows further.
