Ok hit max overclock set it to 260mhz and vista would not load, went back to bios screen and said something about dram timing.
so i set it back down to 250mhz and vista loaded perfect
so overclock stable limit i am thinking is 3.25GHZ
which i am not going to complain from stock 2.6ghz to 3.25ghz
