no the cpu max internal clock is 3.3ghz (according to 3dmark06). have not played with the memory settings yet, not sure how to do that as this is my true first cpu that has been worth trying to overclock.
everything i have done has just been to the cpu in the bios.
AMD rigs differ slightly from intel in regards to OCing, instead of FSB i think they have a HT link.
if you never touched you RAM settings then its fair to assume your RAM speed is increasing as you raise the CPU speed..... hopefully an AMD OCer can confirm this..
but i wouldn't bother touching the RAM frequency, its pretty high for ''pc5300'' as it is......
you could try & change the timings from CL5 to CL4 (it may need a voltage boost, but be careful RAM is always the first component to die), personally i'd leave it where it is until you get faster sticks.
