Re: Blue Screen Error right click my computer , select properties then advanced system settings on the left , under startup and recovery (under the advanced tab) select settings
under system failiure uncheck "automatically restart"
make sure "write an event to the system log" is checked
under write debugging infomation , select "small memory dump" or if its available select kernal memory dump.
uncheck the overwrite bit too
next time you have an error it will bluscreen , there will be a timer in the bottom left wait till it gets to 100% then manually reboot
goto c\windows\minidump and zip up the contents and attach them here , it would be best if you could attach three or four dumps that way we can see wheteher the problem is driver specific or hardware
assuming you have done all the usual checks psu properly connected to all hardware , gpu/ram seated correctly etc?? |
