I worked with dell and I believe that's a case of failing video card. The floppy disks fail, man I've had so many of these calls, I really can't remember. Call technical support, it'll take 5 minutes. They know that issue to the last detail. "Thank you for calling Dell, Welcome to the XPS experience. My name is..." Whew miss those days. |
