Take all the sticks of ram out except for one, flush your Bios by going back to Default and clear your Cmos. Make sure you Enable the ASUS loading screen, otherwise, it will take you directly to the message and the bsod.. Save & Exit

When booting starts, notice if it reads the ram at 800Mhz or 1066mhz, go back into the bios and check that everything reads ok, set your Ram timings and Volts to Mfr specs for your Ram... Save & Exit

Repeat the process and check, once your inside the bios, check that the timimgs stuck and that the volts have changed to where it needs to be... Save & Exit but this time, shutdown the pc as soon as it boots up.

Install the rest of the sticks of Ram, close it down and crank it up one more time... repeat process above, once in the bios, check again, save and exit... pray to God like you have never prayed before
