Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on this file as admin) and type
sfc /scannow
if no results in cmd.exe runned with administrative previlliges type:
SC STOP Winmgmt
RD /S C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\Repository
SC START Winmgmt
