What version of WLMail are you using?
If you drag such an e-mail out of WLMail and into a folder on your Desktop, a copy of that e-mail will be created in that folder.
Now drag that e-mail back onto the WLMail interface into a folder of your choosing.
You should find that the From field for that e-mail becomes normalised.
When satisfied, you can delete the original e-mail.
