Do Vista Home Premium x64 & Business x64 use the same drivers?

I am looking at getting a Dell laptop & want to install Business x64 on it. Dell has x64 drivers to download, but doesn't specify if they are home or business. I want to make sure I won't be having issues before I purchase.
