Had the same issues, here is what I did to fix, added to GPO registry key for HKLM\system\services\tcpip\paramaters granted everyone full access. Also added HKLM\system\services\tcpip granted everyone full access and finally HKLM\system\services\DPS\properties granted everyone full access. |
