have you tried updating the driver for your network card? i also see you are running a couple of file sharing apps. they are notorious for spreading viruses and trojans. you are also running bitdefender and norton simultaneously? in general, security programs dont play nice with each other. if you can stay connected long enough, try running a free online scan (panda, housecall, onecare, etc.).
