ok you want to set your res to 1440x900 or you could try 1280x800 but to be honest you really should stick with 1440x900 for best quality
does setting it to 1440x900 help?

edit i forgot to mention if you right click desktop select personalise then display settings to change your res then click advanced setiings
, under the monitor tab set the refresh rate as high as it will go
BUT MAKE SURE THE "HIDE MODES THIS MONITOR DOES NOT SUPPORT" BOX IS CHECKED FIRST!!
