I checked out your link and I followed all of the instructions. It hasn't made much difference because my computer still takes about 10 minutes to boot up.
Like I said previously it has only recently happened so I don't think it is anything to do with the programs or services.
I have also run about 5 anti virus programs to no avail.
Any more ideas?
