mmmm.. try anti-malware.. google malwarebytes anti-malware... and then try running windows defender along with it too... I used this to speed up my laptop when it was slowing down:
1.Malwarebytes Anti-Malware(Full Scan)
2. Windows Defender(Full Scan)
3. Avira AntiVir (Full Scan)
= Delete all things they report as being bad files... = Speed
