The results mean that files on your pc are damaged and are most likely the cause of your long boot ups.
In the CBS.log use
Find to check for
cannot repair and
Find Next to find the other files that cant be repaired. Write down the names of those files. Then go to Repair Vista Options and follow the steps to fix your pc.
You may have to access the System Files on Your Vista Install DVD to copy good files to your OS to replace the corrupt files. If you have to then use this link for doing that:
