On xp computers- it doesn't empty the cache . It comes back saying there
is another Windows Mail open and cannot perform the function. I see this
happen on all my clients running xp. it doesn't do this on vista nor
windows 7
you know a way to get the cache to empty? I have it to compact the data base
on shutdown after 24 runs but it still sits at 12mbs. When it goes to do it
it comes back with the above message.
I use process explorer and I notice that it does shut down
Is there anyway in windows explorer in Program Files where this sits I could
empty the cache. I have it at 12mbs and when trying to empty it, it comes
back to 12mbs
