Do you run any antivirus program?
I would suggest you download, install and run
Malwarebytes and
SuperAntispyware. Do not install anything that run memory resident, just use them as on-demand scanners, unless you are without antivirus protection.
Report back if anything is found.
Also check in Device Manager (type Device Manager in the Start - Search field and press enter) if you have any exclamation mark on any device.
