Well... I've DL'd and installed BlueSoleil, and it looks like it might work. However, while I paid for the upgrade, I haven't received a serial number from the company, and until I get that I can only get it to recognize that I have the device before it closes up. Have tried their online help, but it doesn't recognize the transaction ID I got from their confirmation page or from my PayPal receipt.
I'm going to presume that if you're using it successfully that I will eventually hear from them, and then hopefully I can continue testing.
What's most "amusing" about this is that some of the other Sonorix devices ship with a copy of BlueSoleil. So I have a sneaking suspicion that when they tested this one, it didn't occur to them to test it on a machine that didn't already have BlueSoleil installed
