Would have been nice if you had posted what you've already tried. There
appear to be some permission changes that occur whenever the default
Documents Folder is moved to another partition that interfere with WFS. For
similar problems the following procedure was recommended in the File
Management Group:

Locate cmd.exe with Quick Search and rt-click Run as Administrator. Change
the prompt to the partition where your Documents folder is stored, then
copy ->rt-click/paste the following command:
icacls documents /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

It takes a minute or so to complete.
